A Message from Our Founder & CEO
I started Lewis Medix because people deserve timely access to safe, high-quality care and clear guidance to help them understand their options. In many countries long wait times, limited provider availability, and rising costs leave people feeling stuck, worried or unsure of where to turn next. I wanted to create another path for those who needed care and answers sooner. I wanted to give options. So Lewis Medix was built to give people choice, clarity, and a safe way forward on their personal international health care journey.
At Lewis Medix we connect clients with carefully vetted medical, dental, surgical, and specialist providers from around the world – places where high-quality care may be available sooner and at a more accessible cost. But our role is more than making an introduction to providers. We take the time to understand and listen to each person who calls us, we listen to their needs, concerns and find out what matters most to them; and then we help them navigate their options with confidence.
For us, client safety is at the heart of everything we do, therefore, I personally tour each facility, meet the providers, and their teams and ask lots of questions, I review the details to ensure every partner meets the high standards our clients deserve. When we recommend a provider we stand behind that recommendation. And while that clinical team remains fully responsible for client care, Lewis Medix provides the guidance, and coordination until long after our clients return home.
After 20 years of working in healthcare, I know the importance of building solid, trusting relationships, of being kind, patient and respectful and those are the values that guide this company. My goal is for our clients to be heard, to feel informed, protected, and genuinely supported. Our clients deserve to understand all of the options and make a decision moving forward with confidence.

We’re with you at your appointments and check ins, and when your schedule allows, we help you enjoy your destination in a way that feels comfortable and easy. We stay connected with follow up checklists, coordinator check ins, and online conversations with your medical team before and after your healthcare journey.
